Professional proactive project platform PPPP is a proved through years training platform. It is used when some of the resources, shown in the platform are significantly changed or some new crucial elements are coming in mind which needed revising of some interconnections in PPPP for a better understanding and effective usage from the project managers.
PPPP training is organized in groups (small, medium, large), same as PPPP consulting.
These new moments are defined from: - resource factors (finance bodies, state entities, legal institutions etc.), which are most frequent cases; - project managers, who detected the new elements and their influence generally on project development; - summarized by the author of PPPP.
